The United Protestant Association (UPA) Riverina Murray Region, a not for profit provider in Aged Care, is seeking a motivated and experienced Aged Care Manager for our 21 bed ageing in place Residential Aged Care facility at Holbrook

UPA Riverina Murray Region provides aged care retirement, residential care, and home and community services to people living in Albury Wodonga, Culcairn, Henty, Jindera, Holbrook, Howlong, West Wyalong, Beechworth, The Rock and Wagga Wagga.

  • The position is full time – 38 hours per week.

The person we are seeking to recruit will have:

  • A commitment to providing high quality care to our residents.
  • Experience and skills in managing and developing staff and volunteers
  • Experience at a management level in aged care or a related industry.
  • Experience in (or capacity to learn) managing quality systems, conducting audits and preparing for Accreditation
  • Experience in budget management and conversant with generating income from Commonwealth funding schemes.
  • A commitment to self development through professional education and training.
  • Experience in the use of computer based tools.
  • Clinical qualifications would be highly regarded (although not mandatory).
